![]() The rest of the points are spread into Skeleton mastery (just so the skeletons can tank the damage until your poison/Merc kills and Corpse explosion follows) and maybe some in Revives if you really want revives.ClayGolem * summons a tanky Golem with high Resistances, which applies a Slow Effect when striking and when struck. If you choose a Poison necro you can max your Poison skills, 1pt into Golem and Golem Mastery, max Corpse explosion and max Raise Skeleton. The points saved from Clay golem and Golem mastery should go into Summon resist or Summon resist and Revives. You should only put 1 point into Clay golem and Golem mastery because you can easily resummon your Golem (no corpse required) and the Golem is an absolute unit anyway. I am not saying you should not max SR, I say you should do it later in the game after you maxed SM. There is no point in having low-live skeletons with a lot of resistance because they will get one-shotted easily. Skeleton mastery (SM) is a priority because it increases Life and Damage to your skeletons, while Summon resist (SR) increases All resistances to your summons. The more gear you have the less you need to put points into golem mastery for it survive. Put points into those according to your preferences, and gear. Golem mastery, revives, bone armor synergies, dim vision. I dont really see the point of using iron golem over clay golem if you dont have a nice aura to get from the golem.Īs for the last things to put points in, there are several choices possible, and they are mostly qol stuff where there is no clear winner. ![]() If you struggle with that, just a 1pt clay golem is still doing wonders. If you have too many skeletons, it's harder for the merc to reach his targets, and it slows your runs.Īs for the iron golem, you want to use it with insight. ![]() Your damage comes from the merc hitting "AMPed DMG monsters" and spamming corpse explosion. If you want pure effectiveness and have good gear, you dont want skeleton mages. Maxing iron golem is a bad idea, they do very little dmg anyway and if you want to boost their "tankyness", golem mastery is better. ![]()
